Programmes such as TiE Young Entrepreneurs (TYE), TiE’s flagship global entrepreneurship programme for high school students, are helping introduce students to entrepreneurship through structured, experiential learning. Participants work on startup ideas, conduct customer discovery, build business models, develop prototypes, and pitch solutions under the guidance of entrepreneurs and industry mentors. Having engaged more than 20,000 students across nearly 30 countries, TYE reflects a growing recognition that entrepreneurial thinking can be a valuable life skill, regardless of whether students eventually choose to build startups or pursue other careers.
