Isha Malviya who plays the titular role of Lovely in Lovely Lolla, a web series produced by Ravie Dubey and Sargun Mehta under their banner Dreamiyata Dramaa. The show is streaming on their official YouTube channel. Isha finds the show fascinating and revealed that it took her some time to grasp the actual storyline.
“The name itself is very interesting. Initially, when I heard it, I found it funny that a show could be called Lovely Lolla. But gradually, I understood that the story revolves around these two characters. It’s funny and very interesting,” she shared. She believes limited series have a strong appeal.
“It’s neither a movie nor a long-running TV show that continues for months or years. Limited episodic series attract more audiences,” she explained.
Isha pointed out that television shows often extend their storyline with twists to maintain engagement. She said, “As actors and creators, we aim to keep the audience hooked by making the show more engaging.” The show follows a mother-daughter duo entangled in a love triangle, with a major suspense element unfolding as the story progresses.
Highlighting the unique storyline, Isha added, “The chemistry between the mother and daughter, who unknowingly fall in love with the same guy, will be a gripping aspect for viewers.”
She emphasized that the concept is fresh and will resonate with audiences. “People will be curious to see how Lola and Arjun are connected, how Arjun and Lovely are linked, and ultimately how the love triangle unfolds. The real suspense lies in the moment when the mother and daughter realize they are in love with the same person. It’s going to be a fun and thrilling ride,” Isha concluded.
