Because when I was of your age I thought yoga is only for the buzz. But When I went to FTII I was first sent to yoga class. I was very depressed. After attending 2 years of Yoga classes I understand the importance of yoga and peace for an artist. Our professor used to say the day you will start doing yoga you will become a true artist. At first I didn’t understand what he meant but gradually as I practiced I felt at ease doing it. In childhood, I used to see my mother doing Yoga. I will give the credit to Yoga for what I am today. The journey which I saw of first becoming an actor, writer, director and producer. I never missed a single day without doing Yoga.”
