Tapping into a Growing Market
A joint report by JLL and the Association of Senior Living India (ASLI) highlights that 60% of India’s senior housing inventory is concentrated in South India—mainly in Chennai, Coimbatore, and Bengaluru. In comparison, the North accounts for 20%, the West for 16%, and the East only 4%. Manasum’s strategy directly reflects this market trend, focusing on Tier-1 metros and spiritually significant Tier-2 cities.
Looking Ahead: Redefining Ageing in India
With India’s senior population projected to surpass 250 million by 2030, the demand for organized, wellness-focused senior living is accelerating. Manasum Homes seeks to meet this demand with more than just housing—offering holistic ecosystems that promote independence, dignity, and social connection.
By integrating healthcare access, curated engagement programs, and a strong sense of community, Manasum is positioning itself as a category leader in one of India’s most promising yet underdeveloped real estate sectors.
