Indian Peace Advocate Dr. Shruti Dutt Calls for Global Unity in Scotland
Peace must not remain a poetic ideal—it must become a practical pursuit. This was the powerful message from Dr. Shruti Dutt, who was recently honored at the Viksit Bharat 2047 International Conclave in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Receiving the award from Hon. Martyn Day (British Parliament) and being introduced by AAFT Chancellor Sandeep Marwah, Dr. Dutt captivated the audience with her insights on healing-based education, cross-cultural learning, and sustainable global development.
In front of a diverse audience of parliamentarians, cultural ambassadors, and global citizens, Dr. Shruti Dutt shared her vision of a united planet guided by ancient Indian wisdom and modern collaboration. She presented her global peace proposal titled “Bagpipe & Bansuri Symphony”, symbolizing Indo-European harmony.
Affectionately known as Dilliwalinani, Dr. Shruti Dutt emphasized that no vision of development can succeed unless violence and territorialism are addressed head-on. “Our true progress lies not in weapons, but in wisdom,” she said, urging for cultural diplomacy led by spiritual leaders, changemakers, and people of conscience.
Her unique teaching methods—combining neuroscience, meditation, storytelling, and life-skills—are transforming youth, women, and entrepreneurs across the globe. Her mantra is simple: “You are not broken. You are blooming.”
