- ‘Bigg Boss 17′ fame Sana Raees Khan proves her legal prowess and superiority once again, ensures bail for Bhawesh Bhinde, prime accused in Ghatkopar hoarding collapse case
Supreme court lawyer Sana Raees Khan is one of the most respected and credible young lawyers in the country. Sana Raees Khan represented Bhavesh Bhinde, the main accused owner and director of Ego Media in the case and with her strong and logical arguments, ensured bail for him at the Mumbai Sessions court on Saturday. Sana argued with complete conviction that the unfortunate incident was purely an act of God and that the stormy winds were beyond Bhinde’s control and was entirely an act of nature. She also revealed that the applicant is a victim of political vendetta and that he wasn’t the director at the time of construction of the hoarding. She also successfully raised the point of the extremely unusual and unexpected wind 89-102km/hour which is an act of God due to which the hoarding collapsed and hence, no fault can be attributed to the applicant. She also reveals that similar incidents happened in the past as well but the charges were less severe. Apart from these and various other legal benchmark points, Sana also argued about the fact that there was nothing on record to show the intention to cause death. To strengthen the case further, Sana further argued that there was no personal transaction or any transaction on record to address allegation of illegal construction of the hoarding and also stated that the applicant was the proprietor of Gujju Ads till 2023 and there’s nothing available to show involvement of the applicant with the company prior to the directorship. She turned it into a win-win situation for Bhavesh where she revealed that none of the statements of the witnesses could establish his criminal nexus of the applicant with crime.
The ease and finesse with each Sana managed to bail accused Bhavesh Bhinde out when all odds were against him clearly shows that when it comes to strategic planning and logical arguments, there’s no one better than Sana when it comes to handling such complicated legal matters.
