Renowned Bollywood Music Director and singer Amit Trivedi is now set to compose music for Uttarakaanda.With this announcement, the highly anticipated and multi-starrer movie has created more buzz . A popular and an experienced Bollywood music director scoring music for “Uttarakaanda” has doubled the expectations of the film.
Amit Trivedi is known to be one of the best music composers in the present Bollywood music industry due to his unique style of composition and originality, gaining a huge fan base. His discography includes Dev D , Queen, Wake Up Sid, English Vinglish, Kai Po Che, Lootera, Udta Punjab, Dear Zindagi, Secret Superstar, Manmarziyan, Andhadun, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy and the recent web series Jubilee and the movie Shaitaan. Amit has worked in numerous films alongside well known film makers like Anurag Kashyap, Amir Khan and many more. The makers confirmed Charan Raj was roped in to score music only for the promo of the film “Uttarakaanda”, and Amit will be composing music for the whole movie.
Producers and director Rohit Padaki say, “We are trying to create a very raw and rustic world through Uttarakaanda. This story has a very native Indian emotion and Amit Trivedi’s music will weave a story by itself and reach across India. Amit being the best in business is an icing on the cake” .

‘Uttarakaanda’ is an upcoming Action Drama set in North Karnataka backdrop, directed by Rohit Padaki, produced by Karthik Gowda and Yogi G Raj under the banner of KRG Studios. The movie stars Hattrick hero Dr. Shivarajkumar, Natarakshasa Daali Dhananjay in the lead roles. The team is in process of finalizing the female lead. The film is going on floors on April 15th in Vijayapura and surroundings.
