Aata Thambaycha Nay boasts a stellar cast. The film also marks the return of acclaimed actor Bharat Jadhav to the big screen after four years. Along with him, the film stars Ashutosh Gowariker, Siddharth Jadhav, Prajakta Hanamghar, Kiran Khoje, Praveenkumar Dalimbkar, Om Bhutkar, Parna Pethe, Shrikant Yadav, and Rohini Hattangadi in significant roles. The film is also the directorial debut of Shivraj Waichal.
