Mumbai, 27th May 2025 – The much-anticipated music album of the Konkani film Mog Asum was officially launched at the ESG Theatre in a celebratory event that showcased the richness of Goan musical talent.
The launch was graced by acclaimed music composer and multi-instrumentalist Mukesh Ghatwal, who unveiled the album alongside the film’s director Angelo Braganza and RS Pipalwa.
Composed by Myron Estibeiro, the album features a dynamic collection of tracks brought to life by singers Herschel Mascarenhas and Aurvile Rodrigues, both of whom delivered captivating live performances at the event. The album is now streaming globally across major digital platforms.
Praising the album, Ghatwal remarked, “Each of the songs is outstanding. Goan musicians are producing remarkable music, and Mog Asum stands among the best of them.” He also commended Estibeiro’s exceptional musical craftsmanship.
Director Angelo Braganza expressed heartfelt gratitude to Ghatwal and highlighted the depth of musical talent in Goa. He emphasized that Myron Estibeiro’s artistic temperament and melodic sensibility made him the ideal choice for the project.
Also in attendance was Boney Alex Dias, who re-arranged a gospel song featured in the film. Other contributing artists—including singers Venizia Dias, Shalisha Fernandes, and Verphina Dias—joined in the celebration of this musical milestone.
