Mihir Ahuja took centre stage as the closing act on Day 1 of WAVES Summit India, delivering a high-octane tribute to ‘Action in the Hindi Film Industry’. The performance marked a personal and professional milestone in his journey.
WAVES is a groundbreaking global summit for the Media & Entertainment sector, envisioned by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. Mihir’s participation in such a visionary initiative made the moment even more monumental.
The act was curated by veteran actor Anupam Kher and choreographed by celebrated artist Kruti Mahesh. Speaking about the opportunity, Mihir said, “Forever grateful to Anupam ji for trusting me with this it truly felt like the opportunity of a lifetime.”
Performing on the same evening as A.R. Rahman and Shreya Ghoshal, and in the presence of Prime Minister Modi ji, Mihir described the experience as surreal:
“It felt like a dream come true. The nerves, the excitement, the responsibility all of it came together in a moment I’ll never forget.”
More than the glamour, what drove Mihir was the pressure he put on himself to give it his all. “It was less about nerves, more about the subconscious pressure to perform my absolute best,” he shared. “That moment on stage will forever be etched in my memory.”
