From earning just ₹150 a month at a medical shop to repairing mobile phones, he took on small jobs to keep moving forward.
A Mother’s Sacrifice – The Turning Point
By 2006, Sitaram realized that a job would never fulfill his dream of building something of his own. The problem was capital—there was none. That’s when his mother stepped in, pawning her precious jewelry to give her son a chance. With that money, Sitaram launched a small mobile business, laying the foundation for Shri Dadaji Mobile and HDM Sales.
It was not just financial support, but also his mother’s faith and blessings that gave him the courage to step into entrepreneurship.
Building With Hard Work and Trust
The early days of business were full of challenges—limited experience, little market knowledge, and tough competition. But Sitaram relied on two things: honesty and customer trust. He treated integrity as his biggest asset. Slowly but surely, his reputation grew, and so did his business.
From mobile distribution and retail, he expanded into other ventures—Bata showroom, Safal Seeds, and Safal Industries with warehouse operations. Today, his businesses span across four districts, providing employment to many youths.
Lessons From the Struggle
Looking back, Sitaram believes that success never comes overnight. “Every business needs three to five years of struggle,” he says. According to him, patience, honesty, and maintaining customer trust are non-negotiable. Once these values are established, growth becomes natural.
His own life proves it—once a worker earning ₹150 per month, Sitaram is today a successful entrepreneur running multiple ventures.
