Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the first World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit (WAVES) in Mumbai on Thursday, 1 May. The four-day event brings together the entire spectrum of the media and entertainment industry from all over the world. It is jointly organised by the I&B Ministry and Maharashtra Government.
On this grand occasion, the lead actress of Tanvi The Great- Shubhangi gave a powerful performance of a yet to be released song from the film Tanvi The Great titled Sena Ki Jai Ho Jaye.
The audience present at Waves applauded both Shubhangi and the song, which is a proud tribute to our soldiers.
Director & Producer of Tanvi The Great, Anupam Kher said, “The WAVES Summit is such a significant event and a celebration of art, cinema, and much more. I am so proud that Shubhangi had the opportunity to perform on stage among the dignitaries who attended the Summit from around the world. Truly humbled by the opportunity.”
Shubhangi shares, “Performing in front of all the esteemed dignitaries was something I never imagined. It all feels so surreal. I am truly grateful to Waves for this opportunity.”
The reveal of Shubhangi, was done by the iconic actress Kajol and now her performance at WAVES SUMMIT which helps to showcase a debutant at the biggest global stage.
Directed by Anupam Kher, with music by Oscar winner M.M.Keeravani, the film is produced by Anupam Kher Studios and NFDC in association with Lower Middle Class Corporation. Release date to be announced soon.
