MUMBAI — Ceinsys Tech Limited (CS TECH Ai) listed its shares on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) today, following a presence on the BSE since 2014. The move is intended to increase liquidity and visibility for investors.
The listing follows a period of growth for the company. Since the 2014–15 year, revenue rose from ₹108 crore to ₹418 crore in 2024–25. In the first nine months of the 2025–26 period, revenue reached ₹490 crore, exceeding the total for the year prior. Profit after tax was ₹7 crore in 2014–15 and reached ₹96 crore in the first nine months of 2025–26. During this time, the company paid dividends of 215%.
Chairman Sagar Meghe stated that the listing supports a strategy for expansion. The company provides technology for infrastructure projects. Work includes monitoring systems for water schemes in Maharashtra and surveys for river linking in Vidarbha to irrigate 400,000 hectares of land.
The company was founded in 1998 and holds CMMI Level 5 status. It maintains certifications for quality, health, and security.
