For Alex, the direction was always sales and marketing
the destination became real estate, discovered along the way.
What began as small sales activities in school grew into event management in college, and later into a defining moment during post-graduation, when he successfully marketed retirement homes, a new concept in Kerala at the time. That side job sparked a real estate career now 12+ years strong.
Alex started as a Sales Executive in Kochi and quickly rose to become the youngest Branch Head for a major builder in Kerala, later leading operations in Kottayam, Thiruvalla, and Trivandrum. Over the years, he mastered the entire development cycle, achieving:
- 1400+ apartments sold
- 17+ projects managed and delivered
- End-to-end expertise in land acquisition, construction, sales, handover and after-sales service
