His journey in management has been shaped by this belief, one that took firm root during his PhD in Management at IMSR Institute and has continued to guide his professional life across continents and industries.

Alongside his PhD, he holds an M.Phil in Management, an MBA in Finance and Marketing, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. Over the past 20+ years, he has worked across India, Qatar, and Egypt, leading financial and commercial functions in large turnkey and customer services projects. His experience spans both product organizations and project-based environments, giving him a balanced perspective on strategy and execution.
One of the most defining roles of his career was serving as Chief Financial Officer for the Qatar Education City Tram Project. This position went far beyond traditional finance—it required strategic foresight, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined governance in a project of national significance. It reinforced his belief that finance, when practiced responsibly, becomes a powerful enabler of sustainable development.
Today, he serves as the Consortium Commercial Project Director for the Egypt High Speed Rail Maintenance Project, operating at the intersection of commercial strategy, governance, and execution. Leading within a consortium environment requires trust, transparency, and alignment across partners—qualities that are as much about leadership mindset as technical expertise.
Complementing his academic background, he is certified as a Programme Director by IPMA and as a Commercial Project Director (Level A) by Siemens Mobility. These certifications reflect his commitment to structured leadership and global best practices.
He is currently associated with Siemens Mobility L.L.C., Egypt, an organization that embodies long-term vision, engineering excellence, and societal impact. Beyond project delivery, his focus remains on mentoring teams, strengthening governance, and contributing to organizational resilience.
Looking back, his journey—from doctoral research to global mega projects—has been guided by three principles: intellectual rigor, adaptability, and lifelong learning. The foundation laid during his PhD continues to influence every strategic decision he makes today.
