The Uttar Pradesh government has canceled the recently held police recruitment examination. This examination will now be conducted again. However, for this the candidate will have to work hard again. Along with issuing orders to conduct this examination within the next six months, the government has also ordered Uttar Pradesh Transport Corporation to provide free services to the candidates.
Home Department issued orders
An order in this regard has been issued by the Home Department. In which it was told that on the basis of examination of the facts and information received in relation to the police recruitment examination held on 17 and 18 February 2024, the government, after due consideration, has decided to cancel this examination in view of the highest standards of purity and transparency. .
Negligence in examination
It was written in the order that the government has instructed the Recruitment Board to ensure advance legal action by registering an FIR against those at whatever level there has been negligence. The government has decided to get the case investigated by STF, instructions have also been given to take strictest action against the persons or institutions found guilty.
The exam will be held again within six months
The government has given instructions to conduct the examination again with complete cleanliness within six months and to provide free facilities to the candidates through the services of Uttar Pradesh Transport Corporation.
